Eligibility

  • Individual aged 18 years to 35 years (subject to financing tenure) 
  • Malaysian citizen only 
  • Salaried worker or self-employed 
  • No record of more than 3 MIAs in past 12 months 
  • First time home buyer only (for both applicants, if any) 
  • Single borrower/customer gross monthly household income:
    Property price up to RM300,000

    - RM5,000 and below (individual / joint)

    Property price from RM300,001 to RM500,000
    - RM5,000 and below (individual)
    - Up to RM10,000 (joint but each borrower/customer’s salary should be RM5,000 and below) 
  • Payment amount must not be more than 60% of the net monthly income 
  • Property value is up to RM500,000 for residential properties in primary and secondary market

Requirements

Salaried Applicant:

  • Identification Card 
  • Latest income tax return (EA Form) / latest EPF statement 
  • Bank book / statements showing salary income for the last 3 months 
  • A recent salary payroll slip with the employer’s name and evidence of salary credited into a bank account 
  • An employer’s letter (on company letterhead or bearing company chop) confirming job title and income details 
  • Sales and Purchase Agreement

Self Employed Applicant:

  • Identification Card 
  • Business Registration Certificate (SSM) 
  • Minimum 6 months of business establishment 
  • Savings / Current Account statements reflecting customer’s latest 6 months declared income or Latest Borang B with Tax payment / e-filing acknowledgement receipt 
  • Documentary evidence to prove that business is in existence for more than 6 months 
  • Sales and Purchase Agreement

Service Tax Implementation 
Taxes on products and services (including but not limited to service tax, indirect taxes or withholding taxes), where applicable, as may be imposed by the Government of Malaysia and any taxes payable in connection with or arising out of facility financing/account will be payable.
