· Identify, review and implement process improvement initiatives to bring about greater efficiency and service quality to branch banking and sales process. · To work closely with internal functional teams including other departments and stakeholders and facilitate acceptance and implementation of any new or revised process. · To assess and make recommendation on process improvement obtained through internal and external customers’ feedback and complaints. · Document all new or revised process including process maps for Management approval.. · To facilitate training and briefing for any change in process.
· To assist in managing any Retail Banking project initiatives. |
