- Follow up on all pending credit card applications
- Work on all cancelled credit card applications and convert them into successful card applications
- Work on all incomplete applications from alternate channels
- Cross sell CIMB credit cards into partners’ or merchants’ customer base

| Requirements |

- Good knowledge of credit cards’ features
- Experience in credit card sales
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good follow-up skills
- Must be an organised person who can complete work within timelines
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to meet sales targets
